Ocracoke’s Lightship Realty is the creation of partners BJ Oelschlegel and Daphne Bennink, both long time residents and veteran agents on Ocracoke Island, NC. Joining the firm are Jennifer Esham, who also owns Blue Heron Realty, specializing in vacation rentals. Ruth Fordon and Cheri Ely round out our crew of sales agents.
